Things are really moving along at the building. I went away for a week and was amazed at all the progress that happened in that time. I am trying hard to be patient with all that there is to do, yet grateful for all the hard work everyone is putting in to complete the project.
1. the third floor

The biggest updates since our last post is that the third floor is fully framed, insulated, and sheet rock has been installed. The windows also got installed, and there is a lot of natural light. One of the best things about the third floor is the views. They are pretty stellar whether it is looking out to the river, the bridge, bluffs, or Sugar Loaf, you will be able to appreciate the beauty of Winona from these apartments. We have already leased quite a few of the third floor apartments, but we still have a few apartments with views of the bluffs and Sugar Loaf. Could that be yours?

2. the commercial spaces

The commercial space windows got installed, and they look great. Whoever leases these spaces will be pleased with all the natural light that comes in from these floor to ceiling windows. We have two spaces available for lease or the possibility of one larger commercial space. Are you looking for a place for your business? This may be your space.

On another note, the other commercial space is my wife, Heather’s, business. She will be opening a yoga studio that offers heated yoga and barre classes, kid’s yoga, and more. 3. signing leases

As I previously mentioned, we have been signing leases. We signed 4 in one day last month! This means a lot since these people haven’t actually seen the finished product yet, but believe in what this space will be.
